As I explained in the video below, for the foreseeable future, I will continue to only create and circulate newsletters and videos when I have some insight(s) that may help you that I want to share. I am so aware we have too much coming at us most of the time,
I woke up early this morning spinning out...and then managed to clear my thoughts (more in the video)...so if you're going through something similar, know you are not alone. I have a few suggestions in the video.
What I really want to share today is a breathing technique I learned when my young son developed asthma over 20 years ago.
It's a really great technique for us all at the moment. I explain more and demonstrate in the video. (8.37 minutes)
