I have been planning to share a little story about new tea towels for the last few weeks and then today I had a MAJOR epiphany about the hold our beliefs - more than what actually happened - can have over us.
If you (or I in this case) can manifest new tea towels what else can we manifest? More importantly, what have we been manifesting by holding on to limiting beliefs? Best of all I share the technique I used - and you can use yourself now - to get a real breakthrough!.

The wording for the affirmation to clear the old beliefs is:
I release my need to need the root cause of being addicted to believing and / or experiencing on any level that MY THRIVING is dependent on others in any way and all associated emotions and their knock on effects and consequences, and their associated emotions.
If you want it to work I suggest you write it out slowly on a loose sheet of paper and when you are ready ideally burn the page to let it go!
