We first approached Maria Bourke in autumn 2012 having identified that people on the BTWEA (Back to Work Enterprise Allowance Scheme) needed more support and additional life and business skills to make a full transition from employee to Business Owner mindset.

Over several meetings we moulded a programme together that would meet our client and corporate needs.
